RedShiftBio at PEGS Boston 2022
We are proud to sponsor and exhibit at the 18th Annual Protein Engineering & Cell Therapy Summit (PEGS) in Boston, May 2-6, 2022. Visit the RedShiftBio Team in person at Booth 307!
The PEGS Boston Summit is recognized as the leading international meeting place for the biotherapeutics community. PEGS Boston highlights a wide spectrum of biologic drug development with in-depth presentations on protein and antibody engineering, immunotherapy, oncology, expression, analytical, immunogenicity, and more.
Sponsored Presentation:
Characterization of Protein Secondary Structure and Aggregation Utilizing Microfluidic Modulation Spectroscopy
David Sloan, PhD
Tuesday, May 3 from 10:00-10:15 am
Track: Characterization for Novel Biotherapeutics
The AQS³pro system, built upon Microfluidic Modulation Spectroscopy, is an automated infrared platform optimized to determine a biomolecule’s structure in a complex buffer and at formulation concentration. The AQS3pro combines a 24 or 96-well plate, a quantum cascade laser, built-in automation, and a microfluidic flow cell to produce highly precise, higher-order structure measurements for the determination of stability, aggregation, lot-to-lot similarity, and formulation optimization of biomolecules.
